His dedication led to his appointment by the City Council to serve on the Vallejo Economic Vitality Commission, where he played a pivotal role until 2023. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Tim and his Napa River Realty corporation team were honored with the prestigious Vallejo Chamber of Commerce "Small Business of the Year Award" for 2018, presented by Senator Bill Dodd and Assemblyman Tim Grayson.

Tim's involvement doesn't stop there. He has been an active member of the Solano Association of Realtors (SAOR), having served on various committees and holding positions on the Board of Directors.
